At Lesley Hartman & Associates we direct bill with these specified federal and provincial programs with which we hold direct billing contracts.
These programs include the following:

Motor Vehicle Insurers who are covering recipient’s of accident benefits (in the case of a Motor Vehicle Accident, with authorization from the section A or B motor vehicle insurer)

*Eligibility for these programs and written authorization of funding must be provided prior to beginning therapy services in order to be eligible for direct billing.​

We do not direct bill private health care benefits for individuals. If you are unsure and need information and need more information about the programs we direct bill, please reach out to our intake team or speak with our administrative personnel prior to beginning services.

Most individuals self-refer to our practice; however, some insurers require a physician's note before engaging in our services. Please clarify with your insurance coverage and appropriate documentation before making an appointment with us.

Fees for services that are not covered be insurance may be able to be claimed as medical expenses at tax time.
