I provide therapy and psychological assessment for adults (16+) in a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and genuinely supported while exploring both your challenges and strengths. I work with concerns such as ADHD, depression, social anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, OCD, phobias, interpersonal difficulties, and career concerns. I am committed to providing attuned, evidence-based psychological care that fosters insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is person-centred and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I work from an integrative framework, drawing on CBT, ACT, and DBT-informed approaches. My work is trauma-informed, and I incorporate memory-reconsolidation approaches to help shift long-standing emotional patterns and memories in a safe and supportive way.

I also provide psychoeducational assessments for learning disorders and ADHD, as well as psychodiagnostic assessments to clarify and diagnose mental health conditions. Assessments focus on clear next steps and include recommendations for treatment planning, school or workplace accommodations, community supports, and differential diagnosis when needed.
