About Beth Knowles
I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist with a strong commitment to supporting individuals through a range of emotional and mental health challenges. I work with clients experiencing trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), anxiety, attachment wounds/challenges, OCD, self-esteem and self-concept, identity, and life transitions. I believe each person’s needs are unique and approach therapy as a collaborative process, drawing on empathy, compassion, and practical tools to support healing and growth. I strive to provide a warm, calm, and non-judgmental space where clients can build self-awareness, self-compassion, develop effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful change and healing. My work is grounded in a client-centered philosophy, and I am continually inspired by clients’ resilience and capacity for change.
