I am a registered occupational therapist (O.T.) specializing in providing
evidence-based psychotherapy to adults (19+) struggling with anxiety, problems with emotion regulation, depression, suicidality and self-harming behaviors, trauma, substance use issues and PTSD. I also have experience working with individuals with psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. My values are around providing compassionate, collaborative trauma-informed care, working as a partner with my clients to help overcome challenges, improve quality of life and move forward with their goals.
