About Jessica Ali

Feeling disconnected from our partners is a difficult and, at times, distressing experience. You may find yourselves stuck in a cycle of conflict that feels impossible to change. The good news is you and your partner are not alone, this happens to many couples and therapy is an effective tool to (re)establishing a secure emotional connection and deeper intimacy with your partner and with yourself. Through Emotionally Focused Therapy we will identify the current cycle you are experiencing and then create new patterns of interaction that will bring you emotionally closer as a couple and strengthen your connection to one another.

I work with couples & individuals from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach. I practice in a gentle, non-judgemental manner where I will aim to learn and understand how both personal and societal dynamics have impacted your life to this point. I have experience in and am happy to work with partners with varying relationship dynamics and practices.

I truly look forward to walking beside couples and individuals as they find their path during their therapeutic journeys.
