About Corinne Sauve
When you spend much of your life caring for others or pushing through challenging experiences, it can be difficult to find space for your own story. Therapy offers a place where that story can be heard with compassion and care.
I am a Clinical Social Worker providing virtual and in-person therapy for adults experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression or navigating life’s challenges. I have a particular passion for supporting first responders and healthcare professionals who often carry significant responsibility and emotional strain in their work.
With a background in the medical field, I understand the pressures that can come with high-stress professions and caregiving roles. I also support women navigating perinatal and postpartum challenges, as well as individuals experiencing compassion fatigue or adjusting to health changes.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative, creating a space where you can speak openly, process what you’ve been through, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
