About Alisa Brown

Helping clients of all ages overcome challenges that interfere with their engagement in meaningful activities has been my professional focus. I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized strategies that address physical and mental health concerns, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and overall well-being.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive practical experience across various care areas, including adult mental health, child and adolescent mental health,  long-term care, and return-to-work/ergonomics. This diverse background enables me to draw from a broad range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I believe in a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, working closely with clients to create a supportive and empathetic environment where they feel safe to explore their challenges. My goal is to help clients build confidence and find practical solutions that lead to meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
